even funny movies don’t make me laugh but when i watch them with you
i smile and look over to you and sometimes i say a line again and is alright
i am incapable of laughing quietly
i am never able to address anyone
unless they first show interest in me
i am a person i try to escape it
but i am a person, built slowly over a number of years
and i break when i slam my face with the shovel
